We're currently looking for a People & Culture Specialist (End-to-End) to operationalize this vision across our growing organization. This role will drive people operations, team culture, employer branding, and organizational development.

Role Overview: People & Culture Specialist (End-to-End)

A strategic senior position overseeing the full People & Culture function from hiring and onboarding to supervision, retention, and respectful offboarding.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balances structure with empathy, and leads with integrity, innovation, and insight.

You Will Lead On:

  • Designing and owning recruitment pipelines across all roles
  • Building onboarding experiences that bring new hires into CIPPO's culture with clarity and cohesion
  • Leading employer branding and representing CIPPO at career events
  • Managing feedback and escalation systems professionally and empathetically
  • Establishing team rituals that foster trust, wellness, and performance
  • Drafting and managing contracts, policies, and documentation in line with Egyptian labor law
  • Overseeing attendance, leave, benefits, and HR compliance
  • Coordinating respectful exits while safeguarding experience and process
  • Partnering with the Training Team to ensure development pathways align with service quality

What Makes You a Fit:

  • 3+ years of HR leadership or people operations in fast-paced or impact-driven environments
  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
  • Strong communication, organization, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to lead with structure, clarity, and care
  • Experience managing complex systems while upholding a human-first lens
  • Fluency in English is essential

Work Conditions & Culture:

  • Hybrid model: 3 days in-office (District 5, New Cairo) + 2 days remote
  • Personal laptop required (CIPPO provides a work line)
  • Legally eligible to work in Egypt
  • Occasional flexibility required during peak operational periods
