Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a People & Culture Lead. The role involves overseeing strategic HR planning, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. This leadership position focuses on fostering a positive culture, managing talent acquisition strategies, driving performance management processes, supporting employee development initiatives, and ensuring company compliance with labor laws and regulations. The People & Culture Lead will act as a strategic partner to management and a resource for employees in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • Proficiency in performance management, HR analytics, payroll and policy implementation
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • 8 years of experince in HR with at least 2 years as supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR policies and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage a team and contribute to a positive organizational culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced HR certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in retail or fashion industry is highly advantageous

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills and be capable of executing the VP of People & Culture's strategic plan effectively.
