Role Overview
The Senior People & Culture Specialist helps build the human foundation of DIME. This role is responsible for attracting the right people, supporting their growth, and making sure the company's culture stays strong as the team expands. The focus is on creating clear hiring processes, healthy team dynamics, and simple systems that help people do their best work.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead recruitment for key roles across DIME, from sourcing candidates to final interviews
- Design and manage structured hiring and onboarding processes
- Support performance and development systems (reviews, feedback, growth plans)
- Maintain People & Culture documentation, policies, and internal processes
- Help strengthen team engagement, communication, and collaboration
- Organize learning initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and team development activities
- Work closely with leadership to ensure team growth aligns with DIME's mission and long-term direction
REQUIREMENTS- 47+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or organizational development
- Experience working in startups or growing teams
- Strong skills in recruitment, people development, and internal systems
- Ability to balance empathy with structure and accountability
- Someone who cares about building healthy teams and meaningful work environments
