Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and talented People and Culture Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with goals; advise on workforce, talent, and succession planning
- Hire top talent and drive retention strategies to boost satisfaction and reduce turnover; conduct exit interviews and share insights
- Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues swiftly and effectively
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity
- Guide managers on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Support performance management aligned to business objectives; coach managers and employees to build capabilities
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D on targeted development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations; lead or contribute to crossfunctional HR projects aligned with EVA Pharma's goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required
- 0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
