Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Coordinator to support employee experience operations across a distributed team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring internal initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee gifting initiatives, including onboarding packages, milestone recognition, and team engagement items
- Manage vendors, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines across multiple regions
- Track budgets, inventory, and shipment status with strong attention to accuracy
- Maintain organized documentation of orders, vendors, and processes
- Support predefined employee experience programs as assigned
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Identify and proactively flag operational issues or delays
