Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cultural Onboarding: Deliver a 3-stage onboarding experience (Day 1, Week 1, and Day 30) ensuring every new joiner feels the Aumet spirit.
Performance Architecture: Partner with Business Ops to track OKRs, facilitate quarterly reviews, and manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Retention Initiatives: Design and run engagement surveys, recognition programs (Employee of the Quarter), and team-bonding activities.
Organizational Development: Maintain career path frameworks and up-to-date organizational charts by department.
Offboarding Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and provide monthly Sentiment Reports to the P&C Lead

Requirements:

Analytical mindsetability to turn survey data into actionable culture projects
Experience with performance management tools and OKR frameworks.
Familiar With the Business Tools is must ( Jira , Metabase , HubSpot , Google Admin )
