We are hiring for a well established business in Dubai to hire a People Manager.
This person will lead the organisation's HR strategy, ensuring the business has the right structure, talent, and performance culture to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive organisational design and restructuring initiatives
- Implement workforce planning and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws
- Partner with senior leadership on talent, performance, and organisational effectiveness
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in in Human Resources or related field
- CIPD or additional qualifications preferred
- 810 years HR experience, with knowledge of the construction sector
- Strong experience in Organisational Design and workforce planning
- Working knowledge of UAE & KSA Labour Laws
- Proven experience supporting leadership teams and managing HR in complex environments.
