Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a People & Office Coordinator located in Qesm 1st 6 October, Giza.

The People & Office Coordinator will be based at the reception area and will manage front office operations while supporting internal coordination, recruitment processes, office maintenance, travel arrangements, and employee engagement activities.

This role ensures a professional first impression for visitors and contributes to creating a structured and positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally
  • Manage reception area and meeting coordination
  • Organize company documents (digital & physical)
  • Support recruitment (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation
  • Arrange travel bookings and visa processes
  • Oversee office supplies and maintenance
  • Support internal engagement and team activities

Requirements:

  • 24 years experience in office coordination or administration
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • Good English proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
