Role Overview
We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Cairo.
This role will directly support the Senior Operations Manager while owning end-to-end processes that shape our employee experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about culture, engagement, recruiting, and compliance and thrives in a startup-fast but evolving corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruiting, onboarding full-time and part-time employees.
People Operations & Culture: Support Senior Operations Manager, own engagement initiatives, policy development, performance management, and office admin support.
Compliance & Systems: Manage Odoo ERP, Workday, Microsoft 365, collaborate with IT & Finance.
Data & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on HR data.
Future Growth: Potential to mentor new People Ops hires as the team expands.
Qualifications
23 years of experience in People Operations/HR (startup experience is a plus). End-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience.
Knowledge of HR lifecycle, compliance, and engagement.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; analytics is a plus.
Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Odoo ERP, Microsoft 365.
Fluency in English; healthcare knowledge is a plus.
HR Diploma or certification is a plus.
