Job Description

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel operations including employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience for new hires.
  • Administer social insurance procedures and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Support compensation & benefits processes and prepare payroll inputs.
  • Manage and respond to employee requests through HR ticketing systems.
  • Address employee relations matters and provide HR support when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR operations or personnel management.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and HR documentation.
  • Excellent level of English (spoken and written).
  • French language is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
