We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel operations including employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience for new hires.
- Administer social insurance procedures and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Support compensation & benefits processes and prepare payroll inputs.
- Manage and respond to employee requests through HR ticketing systems.
- Address employee relations matters and provide HR support when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR operations or personnel management.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and HR documentation.
- Excellent level of English (spoken and written).
- French language is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
