On behalf of Loynova, we are excited to offer the opportunity for the position of People Partner. The People Partner plays a key role in supporting business leaders and employees across all people-related functions, ensuring alignment between business goals and HR strategies. This role focuses on employee engagement, talent management, performance development, culture building, and maintaining positive employee experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on policies, procedures, and employee concerns.
• Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide strategic people solutions that support organizational goals.
• Lead and support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment that reflects the company's culture and values.
• Support performance management processes by ensuring regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans are effectively implemented.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee growth and career progression.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure smooth handling of compensation, benefits, and employee-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and workforce analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HRBP, People Partner, or HR Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, labor law, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
