Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance & Affiliate Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in paid media, data analysis, and affiliate marketing within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Track and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Support A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Help in optimizing campaigns based on performance data
Affiliate Marketing Support
- Learn the basics of affiliate & performance marketing
- Assist in setting up and tracking campaigns
- Support the team in daily tasks and reporting
- Research competitors and market trends
- Identify and analyze top-performing (winning) offers in the market
Requirements
- preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge or experience in Media Buying
- Completed marketing courses (Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing is a plus)
- Familiar with social media platforms and online advertising
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
