Role Objectives:
The Performance Analyst for the Acquisition and Experience team is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing performance across DA sourcing, onboarding, activation, and retention funnels. The role supports strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights, dashboards, and performance reports to improve supply efficiency and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track end-to-end supply acquisition KPIs including hiring funnel, activation rates, time-to-activate, cost per DA, and attrition.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor performance against targets and highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze trends related to sourcing channels, onboarding efficiency, and DA performance post-activation.
- Identify bottlenecks in the acquisition funnel and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on churn, no-shows, and underperformance.
- Dashboarding & Automation
- Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Stakeholder Support
- Provide analytical support to Supply Acquisition, Ops, and Finance teams.
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support planning cycles (weekly/monthly supply planning and forecasting).
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on equipment utilization, loss rates, damages, and costs.
- Track KPIs related to equipment efficiency and DA readiness.
- Support investigations related to missing or misused equipment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Supply, Ops, Finance, and Procurement teams to align on headcount plans and deductions policies.
Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in performance analysis, operations analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Experience in supply, logistics, or last-mile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or automation is a plus.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
