Key Responsibilities
- Performance Frameworks: Assist in the design and implementation of performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with TMG's strategic regional goals.
- Talent Development: Identify high-potential employees and contribute to the creation of individual development plans (IDPs) and succession planning.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and provide actionable insights to regional leadership.
- Appraisal Support: Facilitate the annual and mid-year appraisal processes, guiding managers and employees on objective setting and feedback.
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend talent development initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on talent health and performance trends across Egypt, KSA, and Oman sectors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in Performance and Talent Management.
- * Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
