Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer to join our team and support performance testing activities across multiple enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system performance, scalability, and stability through effective testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance test scenarios (load, stress, and endurance testing)
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
- Perform UI performance testing to ensure smooth end-user experience
- Use monitoring tools to analyze system behavior and performance metrics
- Provide recommendations to improve system performance
Required Skills
- Strong experience in LoadRunner and Gatling
- Good understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies
- Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk
- Ability to analyze logs and performance data
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have
- Basic scripting knowledge
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Understanding of system architecture
