Performance Engineer

We are looking for Performance Engineer (UI & Backend) for Abu Dhabi Onsite Role.

5 days work from office. Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Engineer with 8+ years of experience in UI and backend performance testing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and Google Lighthouse, and will be responsible for ensuring optimal application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies for UI and backend systems.
• Conduct load, stress, spike, and endurance testing using LoadRunner.
• Analyze frontend performance using Google Lighthouse and recommend optimizations.
• Identify performance bottlenecks in applications, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
• Monitor system performance and provide tuning recommendations.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure applications meet defined SLAs for response time, throughput, and scalability.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in performance engineering/testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner (script development, execution, analysis).
• Proficiency in Google Lighthouse for UI performance analysis.
• Experience in API and backend performance testing.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, caching, CDN).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of tools like JMeter, Dynatrace, AppDynamics (added advantage)
