Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Performance Lead to take ownership of Artsy's website performance, user experience, and online growth. This role will focus on enhancing the website visually and functionally, driving higher conversion rates, and collaborating closely with the media buying team to optimize campaigns.

The Performance Lead will manage the full website performance process from design enhancements to data analysis and conversion optimization, ensuring our digital presence not only looks appealing but also drives tangible results.

Responsibilities

Analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement in design, content, and user experience.

Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and overall sales.

Collaborate with the media buying team to align website updates with ongoing campaigns.

Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance continuously.

Ensure website content, visuals, and layouts are aligned with the Artsy brand and aesthetics.

Work on A/B testing, landing pages, and promotional campaigns to maximize results.

Manage product categorization, website flow, and usability enhancements.

Collaborate with content creators and marketing to ensure seamless brand experience across platforms.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce website management, digital marketing, or performance optimization.

Strong creative eye with experience in improving website aesthetics.

Strong interest in jewelry, fashion, accessories, and trends.

Proven track record of enhancing online sales and website KPIs.

Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.

Understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization best practices.

Strong collaboration skills to work with media, content, and marketing teams.

• Knowledge of tools like Canva, AI , or Photoshop is a plus.

Location:

All roles are based at Artsy Silver headquarters in Sheikh Zayed. Candidates should preferably live nearby.
