Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Expert by third party agency. This role will involve collaboration with various metrics with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop System: Design and implement performance management systems that align with SEC objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvements, and best practices
  • Reporting: develop report and presentation for leadership that summarize performance metrics and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Collaboration: work closely with HR and stakeholders to ensure alignment

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, or computer since / engineering, or a related field ( Master's degree preferred).

Experience Minimum of 15 years of experience.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent in developing report and presentation for executives.
  • Proficient in performance management software and tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
