We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Expert by third party agency. This role will involve collaboration with various metrics with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop System: Design and implement performance management systems that align with SEC objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvements, and best practices
- Reporting: develop report and presentation for leadership that summarize performance metrics and recommend actions for improvement.
- Collaboration: work closely with HR and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, or computer since / engineering, or a related field ( Master's degree preferred).
Experience Minimum of 15 years of experience.
