Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Performance Management Specialist. This individual will play a key role in supporting and managing the performance management cycle, including setting goals, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, defining KPIs, and creating a performance management calendar. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, detail-oriented, and have a passion for developing talent and improving organizational performance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Performance Review Process:
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of performance review cycles, ensuring timely and effective feedback.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure clear understanding of performance expectations, feedback processes, and development goals.
  • Maintain performance management systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and ease of use.
  • Goal Setting & Alignment:
  • Support the process of setting individual and team goals, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Track goal progress and provide regular updates to managers and employees on performance metrics.
  • KPI Development & Departmental Alignment:
  • Work with department heads to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Ensure that KPIs are measurable, achievable, and tied to performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Monitor departmental performance against KPIs and provide regular insights to management.
  • Performance Management Calendar:
  • Create, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive performance management calendar, ensuring key deadlines and milestones for goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and development plans are met.
  • Coordinate performance review schedules across multiple departments, ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational timelines.
  • Employee Development & Feedback:
  • Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and recommend development programs or strategies for improvement.
  • Provide support in delivering both formal and informal feedback to employees.
  • Assist in preparing development plans based on performance appraisals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare performance-related reports for HR leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance overall performance management processes.
  • Performance Management Best Practices:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance management.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on effective performance management strategies, including giving feedback, conducting performance reviews, and goal-setting.
  • Assist in refining and evolving the organization's performance management strategy.
  • Employee Engagement & Well-being:
  • Help foster a culture of continuous feedback and recognition.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives tied to performance and recognition programs.
  • Participate in activities to boost employee morale and overall organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Appraisal processes
  • Strong Analytical and Finance skills
  • Experience in Program Management and implementation of performance improvement plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in performance measurement and improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • This job is for Saudi National only
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry is an advantage.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • CIPD certification is a plus
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
