Performance Marketing Executive

One of our esteemed client is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team. This role is critical for driving measurable growth through paid media campaigns in the highly competitive Dubai Business Setup and Corporate Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
• Business Setup Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Dubai business setup processes including free zones, mainland licensing, and compliance to develop hyper-targeted ad and landing page strategies that generate high-quality leads.
• Budget & ROI Optimization: Manage significant advertising budgets with a sharp focus on CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct A/B testing, performance analysis, and provide actionable insights and reports to clients and management.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to specific UAE audience segments.

Required Qualifications:

• Niche Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 3+ years of verifiable experience running paid campaigns for Business Setup, Company Formation, or Corporate Services in Dubai/UAE.
• Platform Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn).
• Analytical Skills: Strong skills in Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable campaign strategies.
• Communication: Ability to clearly present complex performance insights and optimization plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
