We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to support our performance marketing efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and broader digital team to execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition. You will assist in the implementation, analysis, and optimization of multi-channel media strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of the digital marketing and performance media roadmap.
Support the implementation of acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and owned media channels.
Monitor daily performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, traffic, and conversion rates.
Assist in budget tracking and campaign reporting under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Manager.
Contribute to A/B testing efforts and optimization initiatives to improve funnel performance and reduce drop-offs.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to align campaign assets with performance goals.
Generate routine performance reports and insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
Help maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, and budget allocations.
Research market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Requirements
4 – 6 years of experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role, preferably within e-commerce or digital agencies.
Foundational knowledge of key digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate marketing platforms.
Experience working with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
