Performance Marketing & Growth Executive(Startup / Hands-On Role)

Role OverviewWe're looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Executive with a strong focus on paid media, funnels, and acquisition. This is a hands-on execution role, not a coordination position.
You'll work directly with the founders to drive bookings, optimize acquisition channels, and turn marketing spend into measurable results. While brand and content matter, this role is primarily about growth, performance, and conversion, not social media aesthetics.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys ownership, and is comfortable testing, iterating, and scaling what works.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media & Growth
- Own and manage paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, retargeting, testing new platforms where relevant)
- Build, launch, and optimize performance campaigns focused on bookings and qualified leads
- Manage budgets, testing frameworks, audiences, creatives, and landing page alignment
- Continuously improve CPA, conversion rates, and booking volume
- Set up and monitor funnels from ad to landing page to booking
- Analyze performance weekly and translate data into clear actions
Growth Strategy & Optimization
- Identify growth levers across the platform (pricing, messaging, landing pages, flows)
- Work closely with founders to prioritize experiments that drive bookings
- Support CRO initiatives (A/B testing, page structure, messaging improvements)
- Coordinate with relevant department (design, copy, dev) when needed to execute fast
Supporting Channels (Secondary Focus)
- Support blog, SEO, or PR initiatives only where they support acquisition or authority
- Align organic content and partnerships with paid campaigns when relevant
- Contribute to campaign copy and landing page messaging (conversion-focused)
What We're Looking For- 3+ years experience in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for leads, bookings, or revenue
- Analytical mindset comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and decision-making
- Execution-first profile: tests, learns, adjusts, scales
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving startup
- Experience in marketplaces, platforms, or service-based businesses is a plus
- Interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven platforms is appreciated
