Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for best ROI
- Analyze ad metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ad creatives meet platform standards
- Track and adjust budgets based on performance goals and lead quality
- Maintain landing pages and campaign tracking using WordPress
- Coordinate with SEO and development teams to align ad strategies with website goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid ads on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and LinkedIn
- Solid understanding of ad targeting, pixel tracking, conversion funnels, and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with WordPress for landing page updates and campaign integration
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ad dashboards, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure, manage budgets, and meet campaign KPIs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be currently based in Dubai Or Sharjah.
