We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our digital advertising efforts across various social media platforms and Google products. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in e-commerce and paid media, leveraging these channels to drive performance, growth, and ROI.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest. Manage and optimise campaigns on Google properties, including Search, Performance Max (PMax),Shopping and Demand Gen to maximise revenue and brand visibility.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including planning, creation, execution, monitoring, and analysis. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise performance campaigns, using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to align paid media strategies with sales objectives and ensure seamless user journeys. Implement and manage shopping campaigns across all relevant platforms to boost e-commerce revenue.
  • Analyse campaign performance and conduct deep dives into data to extract actionable insights for optimisation. Prepare regular reports and presentations on performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage budgets, allocating resources strategically to maximise returns on ad spend (ROAS). Track spending efficiency across all paid social and Google ad channels.
  • Work closely with planning, performance hub teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and best practices. Communicate campaign strategies, results, and changes effectively to key stakeholders and lead on this conversation with the client POCs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and fostering strong relationships. Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions related to campaign performance and strategic recommendations, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

What Are We Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing social media and Google Ad platforms with a focus on DTC (Direct to Consumer) e-commerce, especially in the Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle brands
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, metrics, and optimisation tactics.
  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Innovative & Analytical Mindset: Result and detail-oriented mindset to conduct creative solutions for platform limitations and workarounds on performance media approaches.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience using AI-based tools for marketing purposes (examples: Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, Midjourney for creatives, or similar).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset you can explain performance and recommendations to non-marketing stakeholders.
