Role Description
We're looking for ahighly experienced Performance Marketerto own and scale all paid marketing activity acrossMeta, LinkedIn and other paid channelsfor global property investment campaigns.
If you understand GCC audiences inside out, know how to build high-converting campaigns, and can drive quality leads, not just clicks, you'll love this role.
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and optimise Meta & LinkedIn ad campaigns across UK and international markets.
- Drive high-quality lead generation, webinar registrations, and consultation bookings.
- Develop full funnel strategies (creative + targeting + landing pages + retargeting).
- Monitor performance daily and scale what works.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, hooks, formats, and audiences.
- Work with the content & design team to create scroll-stopping ad creatives and copy.
- Analyse data and report ROI, CPL, CPA, CAC with clarity.
- Stay on top of platform trends, policies, and new features.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently with a performance-first mindset.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Dubai
- Minimum 5+ years in performance marketing (Meta + LinkedIn required)
- Proven experience generating high-quality leads (not just traffic)
- Strong understanding of GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.)
- Experience running campaigns in global markets (UK, Europe, Asia, Africa is a bonus)
- Expert in audience targeting, pixels, tracking, retargeting, and attribution
- Comfortable managing large budgets with measurable ROI
- Strategic thinker + hands-on executor
- Data-driven, creative, and commercially smart
- Property or financial services experience = BIG advantage
