Job Description

Kudotrade is expanding and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in the prop trading space to drive paid acquisition and performance-led growth. This role is highly executional and data-driven, focused on scaling profitable campaigns across paid channels. You will take ownership of paid media strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting, working closely with senior stakeholders to align growth objectives with performance outcomes.

Your Role:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google and other relevant channels
  • Drive user acquisition, conversions, and funded accounts through performance-focused strategies
  • Manage and optimise budgets, ROAS, CPA, CAC, and funnel performance
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, landing page flows, and audience segmentation
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce clear, actionable insights and reporting
  • Stay up to date with platform policy changes, especially within financial services and prop trading
  • Collaborate with internal teams on offers, promotions, and campaign launches
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale winning strategies

What makes you a great fit:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing within a prop trading firm (this is essential)
  • Strong track record managing paid media campaigns end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and funnels
  • Experience working in regulated or semi-regulated financial services environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
