How Will You Make an Impact
- Establish and maintain clear standards and best practices for Search and Affiliate marketing, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all markets.
- Analyze market-level performance data to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead structured performance reviews with agency partners, challenging outputs and driving continuous improvement to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Deliver insight-led regional performance reporting, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support local markets in improving their performance marketing maturity by driving adoption of best practices, testing frameworks, and optimization roadmaps.
- Ensure performance marketing readiness for key product launches and ongoing campaigns, capturing learnings to inform future strategies.
- Act as a key regional point of contact between HQ, markets, and agencies, ensuring alignment on performance expectations and strategic goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and measurement, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to drive growth.
What Will You Need
- A bachelor's or master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing and media, either within a performance agency or in-house.
- Strong analytical and reporting ability with the capacity to use data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of digital channels and proven working experience in digital marketing with certifications from key digital platforms
- Demonstrable experience in managing Search as a core performance channel with working knowledge of adjacent paid digital channels (Affiliates, Display, Paid Social)
- A passionate, innovative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn quickly and manage change effectively.
