Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Al Hufuf. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Key tasks include conducting market research, analyzing performance data, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales and customer service efforts. The role requires a hands-on approach to deliver measurable results and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy development to design and execute high-performing campaigns.
- Experience in sales alignment and the ability to connect marketing performance with business growth objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Adaptability, high attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
