RD Labs is a premier tech company based in Jordan, and we are expanding our remote team inEgypt. We are looking for aPerformance Marketing Specialistwith a heavy focus onApple Search Ads (ASA)to help take our mobile products to the top of the charts.
We aren't looking for someone to just manage ads; we want aSuccess-Maker. If you have a proven track record of driving growth for large-scale mobile applications and know how to navigate the App Store ecosystem, we want to talk.
The Role (100% Remote):
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the architect of our growth on the App Store. You will have the autonomy to manage significant budgets and the responsibility to deliver world-class results.
Key Responsibilities:
- ASA Strategy & Execution:Lead the end-to-end management of Apple Search Ads, from discovery to scaling.
- App Scaling:Use your experience withbig mobile appsto drive high-volume, high-quality user acquisition.
- Optimization:Constant A/B testing of keywords, audiences, and Custom Product Pages (CPPs) to maximize conversion and lower acquisition costs.
- Data-Driven Decisions:Monitor and analyze performance using platform-native tools and internal data to ensure every dollar spent contributes to our success.
- Performance Reporting:Track KPIs like CPI, ROAS, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights for growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:A minimum of3 yearsin Performance Marketing.
- Expertise:Deep, hands-on experience withApple Search Ads (ASA)is mandatory.
- Background:Proven experience working onlarge-scale/big mobile apps.
- Analytical Mindset:You are comfortable working with data and using internal tracking systems to measure campaign success.
- Location:You must be based inEgypt.
- Work Style:You are disciplined and excel in afully remote, high-growth environment.
- Language:Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
