Operating at the intersection of fintech, trading, and digital innovation, the group serves millions of users worldwide across multi-asset platforms including FX, CFDs, and digital assets.

As part of its continued expansion, the organization is looking to strengthen its performance marketing capabilities to support global growth, acquisition, and revenue objectives.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels.

This role is highly hands-on and performance-driven, focusing on driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI across campaigns. The specialist will work closely with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Manage full campaign lifecycle including setup, A/B testing, performance tracking, and continuous optimization
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, ensuring alignment with acquisition targets
  • Conduct audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and retargeting campaigns to improve funnel performance
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends within performance marketing and fintech

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing / paid media, ideally within financial services, fintech, trading, or crypto environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid acquisition platforms
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tracking pixels, etc.)
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI and scalability
  • Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven industries is a strong advantage
