Grassroots Creative Agency is a dynamic, results-driven digital marketing agency based in the heart of Dubai. Established in 2018, we have quickly grown by partnering with a diverse range of clients to scale their businesses through innovative and data-backed advertising strategies whilst maintaining a lean team that is currently 13 people. We are looking for a passionate, driven and talented individual to join our team to make a significant impact on our business.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a master of paid media, with deep, hands-on expertise across the major digital advertising platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take complete ownership of an established client portfolio as you will be succeeding a departing team member. The position will be wholly yours, making it perfect for a strong, independent professional who is ready to make an immediate impact. The anticipated start date is November 17, 2025, to facilitate a comprehensive two-week shadow and handover period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Develop, launch, and manage high-performance advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns as required.
  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of over 25 live client campaigns, with the capacity and drive to grow this to 30+ in early 2026.
  • Strategy & Optimization:
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive reviews to inform campaign strategy.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization methodologies to maximize performance and achieve client KPIs.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and pacing.
  • Client Relations & Reporting:
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, confidently leading calls to discuss campaign strategy, performance, and insights.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and insightful performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Report directly to the Director of Ads and Operations, providing regular updates on campaign status and results.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with our in-house content and design teams to brainstorm and request compelling ad creatives (videos, images, copy) that are tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Provide feedback to the creative team based on performance data to guide future creative development.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a PPC, paid media, or digital advertising role, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level proficiency and a proven track record of success with:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven individual who is comfortable analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal). You must be able to articulate complex strategies and results in a simple, clear manner.
  • Independence & Ownership: A self-starter who can manage their workload, prioritize tasks, and take full ownership of their campaigns with minimal supervision.
  • Client-Facing Confidence: Experience and comfort in leading client meetings and building strong professional relationships.

Bonus Points (Highly Desirable)

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing pixels, conversion tracking, and event tracking on websites and landing pages.
  • Hands-on experience with automation software like Make.com or Zapier.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Some experience with WhatsApp direct marketing campaigns
  • Agency experience is a significant plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, docs, sheets)
  • Experience with Slack
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Experience with Dashboards such as Google Looker Studio
  • Be AI Native with tools such as Google Gemini
