Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Cairo. The specialist will oversee the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, perform in-depth market analysis, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. They will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage customer engagement campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with the team
• Expertise and a proof of success in running targeted Ads on Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, Google pixels
• Expertise in conducting Market Research and understand the behavior of our client's customers behavior and profiling.
• Understanding of Sales techniques and their application in marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools is a must
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in performance marketing in GCC markets or a similar role is a must
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
