Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for a Media Buyer. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an outsourcing company or agency environment, understanding how to deliver quality campaigns at scale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in an outsourcing or agency setting.
  • Strong skills in campaign management, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience generating high-quality leads and measurable results (ROI, CPL, CPA).
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with dispersed teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

What You'll Do:

  • You will plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust targeting and creatives to maximize ROI. In addition, you will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client objectives, while staying up-to-date with emerging digital advertising trends and best practices.

  • Nice-to-Have:

    Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.

    Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and analytics tools.

    Tools You'll Use:

    Primary: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Programmatic Platforms

    Administrative: Analytics Dashboards, CRM Tools, Campaign Reporting Software
