ArabyBrand is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Araby Brand, a dynamic digital marketing agency in the MENA region, specializes in performance marketing tailored to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Utilize a deep understanding of digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset within the team
  • Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to clients and stakeholders
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
