And this is the job post for position 2 (video editor): We're a DTC e-commerce brand doing $1.5M+/month in revenue and are looking for a Performance Video Editor (DTC E-Commerce) to produce short-form video ads that directly drive sales on Meta.
You will own the execution of scroll-stopping video ads for Facebook & Instagram, working closely with our performance team and using real data to decide what works, what gets scaled, and what gets cut.
What you'll do:
Produce short-form video ads (hooks, cuts, text overlays, music) with one goal: conversions
Work within a weekly creative testing cycle new concepts, iterations, and kills based on performance data
Collaborate directly with our performance/media buying team no waiting for briefs
Bring your own ideas, test them, and take ownership of results
Continuously improve based on direct, data-driven feedback
What we're looking for:
Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut (or the ability to learn fast)
A structured, self-organized work style you find solutions, not excuses
Strong visual eye paired with an interest in marketing strategy and what actually converts
Interest in Direct Response, e-commerce, and online sales is absolutely neccessary
This role is not for people who want to express themselves creatively without caring about results, or editors who need hand-holding on every project. You should be able to work independently and take full ownership of your output.
