About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Personal andExecutive Assistant to support the Managing Director across his personal affairs, operations, administration, and executive coordination. The role combines classic executive support with oversight of finance, HR, compliance, and communications across our UAE, France and KSA entities.
You'll manage priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless execution in a dynamic, founder-led environment. Discretion, accountability, and initiative are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Personal Support: Manage schedules, travel, correspondence, and confidential personal logistics.
- Operations & Administration: Oversee invoicing, payroll, payments, and financial tracking across multiple entities.
- HR & Recruitment: Coordinate hiring, onboarding, timesheets, and payroll in collaboration with the company support partners
- Legal & Compliance: Manage contracts, NDAs, renewals, and documentation across jurisdictions and coordinate with the company Legal
- International Coordination: Support financial and administrative processes for the France and Saudi entities.
- IT & Brand: Liaise with IT providers, update templates and website content, and manage company presence on social media
Who You Are
- Fluent in English and professional Arabic is a must and French preferred.
- Experienced in CEO / Founder executive assistance with strong operational and finance exposure.
- Organized, reliable, and discreet, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proactive and resourceful; able to anticipate needs and execute independently.
- Curious and quick to learn new systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools.
- Adaptable, structured, and comfortable managing multi-country operations.
