Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Dubai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, managing expense reports, and ensuring seamless operational support within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, with the ability to manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and providing comprehensive Executive Support.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
