Role Description

This is a contract-based, full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. The position involves providing administrative support to executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records and correspondence, and handling general office tasks. The role will require multitasking, prioritization, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance capabilities
  • Proficiency in General Administration tasks and organizational skills
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in administrative or support roles
