We are seeking a highly professional GM Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior management in a building construction or engineering consultancy company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the GM and senior management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, correspondence, and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Assist in coordinating project-related communications and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Arabic
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience supporting senior management in building construction or engineering consultancy companies
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
Preferred:
- Previous experience in executive support within construction or consultancy environments
