Your New Role
A global oil & gas organisation is establishing its presence in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who can also take ownership of office setup and coordination. The CEO travels extensively, so the role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and confident operating independently. You will act as the CEO's dedicated PA, providing full executive support while managing the practical and operational requirements of launching a new office in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex diary, coordinating highlevel meetings, briefings, and frequent schedule changes across multiple time zones.
- Arrange international travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, and detailed itineraries for regional and global business trips.
- Prepare executive documents such as presentations, reports, meeting packs, and confidential correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office coordination tasks, including vendor management, procurement, and basic facilities support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting Csuite leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in office setup, coordination, or supporting a newly established office.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal structure.
- Confident, professional presence with strong stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Experience in the oil & gas sector is an advantage.
- Strong command of Russian and English (written and spoken).
