Job Description

Eminence Real Estate is seeking a highly organised and presentable Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

-Handle and maintain the client portfolio, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

-Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and clients, ensuring excellent relationship management.

-Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

-Coordinate events, meetings, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.

-Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-Experience in real estate is a plus

-Bachelor's degree.

-Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is must

-Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-A valid driving license and car are mandatory.
