We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO in executive coordination, daily operations, and high-level administrative functions.
This role requires exceptional professionalism, strong business acumen, and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Preference will be given to British or US nationals.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Handle confidential communications and correspondence
- Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of the Executive Office
Operational & Strategic Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments to align with leadership priorities
- Prepare executive summaries and project updates
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action points
- Support strategic initiatives and special leadership projects
Travel & Event Management
- Organize domestic and international travel, visas, and logistics
- Coordinate executive participation in corporate events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and executive documentation
- Communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and external partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's business environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- UK/US nationals only
