We are looking for a highly professional and proactive Executive CEO Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will be organized, discreet, flexible for travel, and capable of managing executive priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, logistics, and documentation).
Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Follow up on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Attend meetings when required and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Support cross-department coordination and executive-level projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Fluent in English is a MUST.
High flexibility for local and international travel.
Exceptional management organizational and high-level arrangement skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and cloud-based tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Valid passport.
