Job Description

My client is a leading high-end interior design studio in Dubai, known for its elevated aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail. We are urgently seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to the Founder.

This is a pivotal role for a very organised, proactive, and highly dependable professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

As the Personal Assistant, you will work in close partnership with the Foundershadowing him throughout the day, managing his schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring he remains organised and committed to appointments. You will work closely with the Studio Manager too, to support with day-to-day tasks around the Studio and with the design team.

You would need experience with diary management, taking meeting minutes, arranging local and international travel, as well as general experience working alongside a design team in an administrative capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in structure, clarity, and precision while navigating creatively driven environments.

The company is a close-knit, growing business who have some very exciting projects underway and are looking for a grounding force to support the management.
