Role: Personal Assistant to the Chair
- Type: Full-time, remote (UAE)
- Languages: French & English fluent; Portuguese required (Brazil preferred)
- Start: Immediate

What You'll Do
- Manage the Chair's diary, appointments, and daily communication
- Organize meetings, travel, and itineraries
- Support light banking and liaise with accounting teams
- Track projects and coordinate with service providers
- Draft emails and take notes in FR/EN/PT
Skills & Tools
- Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Trello, Notion
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible
Qualifications
- 35 years in Personal/Executive Assistance
- Experience managing diaries, travel, and admin for executives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Background or interest in crypto, finance, or trading
- Experience supporting founders or early-stage ventures
