About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman in both professional and personal matters. The role involves frequent domestic and international travel and requires high discretion, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman's professional and personal calendar
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and private engagements
- Arrange end-to-end travel (flights, hotels, visas, transport) and accompany on trips
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Provide personal and household support as required
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 25 years of PA/EA experience supporting senior leadership
- UAE driving license (own car is a plus)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Valid passport and flexibility to travel internationally at short notice
- High level of discretion, independence, and cultural sensitivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience managing complex schedules and executive travel
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
