Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Senior leader and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and meeting packs for board and executive meetings.
- Record, transcribe, and circulate meeting minutes with follow-up action tracking.
Communication & Coordination
- Screen, handle, and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Senior Leader.
- Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and official communication.
- Coordinate with board members, senior management, government entities, and business partners.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
Confidentiality & Governance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, legal documents, approvals, and board resolutions.
- Support compliance with company policies, governance standards, and UAE business protocols.
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel, visas, hotels, and itineraries .
- Manage expense claims and travel documentation in coordination with finance.
Office & Administrative Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Coordinate special projects, events, and executive initiatives as assigned.
