Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing personal care customers(manufacturers, labs, toll manufacturers
- Identifynew business opportunitieswithin the personal care market (skin care, hair care, hygiene, baby care)
- Promote and sellraw materialsin line with company strategy and supplier focus
- Prepare and follow up onquotations, pricing, and commercial offers
- Negotiate terms within approved margins and company policies
- Achieve assignedsales targets and KPIs
- Conductcustomer visits, presentations, and product introductions
- Understand customer formulations and needs to recommend suitable raw materials
- Handle customer inquiries related toavailability, pricing, specifications, documentation, and samples
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Support introduction ofnew technologies and innovationsfrom suppliers to the local market
- Coordinate withlogistics, and financeteams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
- Follow up onorder status, shipments, and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regularsales reports, forecasts, and market updates
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree inChemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
23 years of experiencein sales or technical sales of:Personal care raw materials and specialty chemicals
Strong industry knowledge
Good command of the English language
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, active and responsible
